Refund policy
At SICKO, all sales are final.
We only offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges if an error was made on our end, including:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving the wrong size than what was ordered
- Receiving a defective or damaged item
If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- General wear and tear
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
If your request is approved, we'll provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
