Order Processing

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (same or next business day).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is available as a pre-order or has an extended processing time, the estimated processing and shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that shipping estimates provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SICKO is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

SICKO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
